Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

When you schedule a service, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. We request that if you need to cancel a service, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled service. You have an opportunity to reschedule the same service within 90 days. If you do not reschedule within 90 days, you will lose any payments you have already made.

How to Reschedule

To reschedule a service, please:

2) State your full name and the service you are requesting to reschedule. 
3) A link will be provided for you to reschedule your service.
